Our terms and conditions of service & delivery

Your pack shipment

The items are shipped with NO COST via EMS; and the items are generally dispatched within 2~5 days after receipt of payment; unless a special note is displayed on the product description. 

If you would like to pay an extra fee for using another shipping service such as DHL, UPS, TNT, etc; please contact us before making the payment for sending you a customized quotation. AsiaMVL will cover 30% of shipping costs for any other service different from EMS.

Whichever shipment is selected, we could provide you with a link to track your package online.

Special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Pictures or videos will be taken before sending the packages for proving the good condition of the items.

Customs and Duties

There may be duties or taxes importing an item/artwork into your country. Please check with your government to determine the duties as they vary country to country. 

Before making the payment or before we send the package; please let us know if your country requires special or specific documentation for importing an specific item.  We will charge for the requested paperwork fees depending on the case.

The customer is responsible for whatever duties apply to item/artwork. AsiaMVL is not responsible for any delays that occur because of a countries customs laws.

Delivery Address & Personal Information

Please make sure that the delivery address and your personal information is the correct one before checking out. AsiaMVL is not responsible for any merchandise lost or extra charges due to wrong information provided.

Lost and / or damaged items

In case the delivery got lost or damaged due to shipment handling, AsiaMVL will made a total refund of the money paid for the order; or will discuss with customer if a similar item from the stock can be sent for replacing the lost / damaged item.

For damaged items / artworks due to shipment handling; the customer is required to inform AsiaMVL within 30 days after receiving the item; and immediately send the item back to 7f.,No170,Darong E. St.,Xitun Dist,. Taichung City 407, Taiwan (ROC). AsiaMVL will be responsible for the return fee.

The refund / exchange of the damaged item will be made only after the damaged item has been received by AsiaMVL. 


Except for lost / damage items; no refunds are made unless the customer can prove, withing 30 days after receiving the item, that it was wrongly sent according to the Invoice Received by the customer.

If it has been proved that AsiaMVL sent the wrong item/artwork, we will accept returns on any purchases for money back.

The return fee and shipping charges are waived if AsiaMVL is at fault. If the customer is returning the item, it must be sent back fully insured and postage paid to 7f.,No170,Darong E. St.,Xitun Dist,. Taichung City 407, Taiwan (ROC).

Please contact us before returning the item. The refund will be issued only after the item has been received and confirmed to be in good condition.
